Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
All purchases made on Linepuzzlepet are one-time payments only. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic renewals. You are charged only for the specific digital content, premium levels, or virtual items that you choose to purchase at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely process payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as selected local European payment methods available during checkout. Payment processing follows applicable security standards to help protect customer information.
- Digital Content Refund Policy & EU Withdrawal Rights
Can I request a refund for digital content?
Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once access or delivery has begun.
By completing a purchase and accessing, unlocking, or using the purchased digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right is waived once delivery begins.
As a result, purchases of digital content, virtual items, and premium game features are generally non-refundable after access has been provided.
What if I experience a technical issue?
If purchased content is not delivered correctly, fails to unlock, or a technical error occurs, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Do I own the virtual items I purchase?
No. Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased digital content within Linepuzzlepet. No ownership rights in the game, virtual items, or related assets are transferred to you.
Who owns the game content and intellectual property?
All game content, including software code, gameplay elements, artwork, graphics, animations, music, audio, trademarks, and related materials, remains the exclusive property of Linepuzzlepet or its licensors.
All images and visual materials displayed on our website are original creations or properly licensed for use.
Are there any restrictions on use?
Yes. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, extract, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the game, website, or related intellectual property without prior written permission.
